PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICIES
Payment Policy
The total payment of the reservation must be pay immediately trough a bank transfer, prior to your check-In date as a guarantee and confirmation of the reservation
If you do not made the total payment, Sueños Silvestres does not guarantee your reservation and will be canceled
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made between 60-31 days before the guest's arrival date, a penalty of 50% will apply.
Cancellation made between 30 to 0 days before the guest's arrival date, a penalty of 100% will apply.
Any changes to the above arrangements are not valid unless confirmed in writing by the reservation department
No Show Policy
No Show: In case the passenger does not present the day confirmed reservation, a penalty of 100% will apply
Early departure: In case of making an early departure to the original reservation date the total stay will be charged
Non-refundable Policy
Stays are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no show
The total charge of the stay will be made if you made a bank transfer for the total nights, we will not make any reimbursement for non-refundable reservations
Cancellations due to weather conditions and natural disasters
The cancellation of weather conditions or natural disasters, will be given only the option to change the date without additional charge
